Shipping Information

Products are available in stock and we be ship them immediately once the order has been processed. All orders will be dispatched within 2 days. Usually we process an order within 24 hours. All weekend orders, will be batched on Monday. We make an efforts to ensure that your order is shipped promptly! You will be automatically notified via E-mail when we approve and ship your order.

Once your package has been shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 working days (note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days), in exceptional cases it may take between one or two weeks, specifically in Australia, Canada and New Zealand due to strict customs checks.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, neither are deliveries made on these days. In addition, extended shipping time in transit should be expected during the holiday season.

All orders are shipped from our facility in United States. And shipping will be free of cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that you input a valid shipping address in your order form. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product (since the package can't be returned to sender) and will be at the expense of the customer. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as within 6 hours to inform us by phone, email or live chat support.
