Refund Policy:

We will ask you to first allow 10-15 business days from the day the order was shipped to get the package.
If after those 15 days, you have not received the package, please send us an email with your order number and we will take care of your request immediately

If for some reason your order did not show up or got damaged, we can issue a full refund or send another package at your request.

Depending on the bank that issues, your refund can take up to  4-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
